Is there a warranty on the product?

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We are so confident in our products that all of our products come with a 12 month warranty!

Can I customize the product effects?

We support customization, please contact our customer service for details.

How can I pay?

We accept dozens of payment methods, including PayPal, credit card, installment payment, etc. You can choose the payment method during checkout.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Free standard shipping worldwide on all orders.

How long will it takes to receive my order?

Typical transit time is between 5-7 business, processing time is 1-3 business days.

Do you offer express shipping?

We do! You will have the option to select express shipping at checkout at an additional cost $4.99.

Can I edit/cancel my order or change my delivery address?

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship.

Please contact us immediately to cancel or modify the order within 24 hours. Otherwise, we'll be happy to start a return for you when you get the package.

Do I need to pay for shipping and customs duties?

Free shipping on orders over $50, you don't have to pay customs duties, please refer to our shipping policy for details.

What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

If your order is marked as delivered, but you still don't get it, a few things may have occurred:

Your delivery person marked your package as delivered in advance, and the package may still be on the way;

A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package for you. If the above doesn't apply and you can't find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.

If the package is marked as delivered and still hasn’t shown up after fourteen days, please let us know at service@ktvmoto.com.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Your satisfaction is Ktvlights' top priority - no matter what the issue, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

If the item you ordered is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact service@ktvmoto.com and our customer service team will assist you in replacing or refunding the damaged item.

To ensure that you receive a full refund and the return process goes smoothly, please remember: items that have been damaged or altered by human factors cannot be returned.

Will I get full refund for my return?

We will provide you with a full refund for all merchandise returned in good condition.
